Make sure important content is crawlable
Next.js can be excellent for SEO, but the wrong architecture can hide important content behind client-only rendering. Pages that need organic visibility should expose their main copy, headings, links and metadata in accessible HTML. SSR, SSG and Server Components are generally strong choices for public content.
Define metadata per page
Titles and descriptions should reflect a specific page and search intent. Reusing one generic title across services, projects and articles sends weak signals. In the App Router, the Metadata API and generateMetadata can support dynamic pages cleanly.
Canonical URLs and language targeting
When you have similar or localized versions, canonical and hreflang need to be explicit. For Persian and English content, separate URLs such as /fa/... and /en/... usually create a cleaner model for both users and crawlers.
Connect structured data to visible content
Schema should describe the content users can actually see. Articles can use BlogPosting or Article; the business can use Organization or ProfessionalService; breadcrumbs can use BreadcrumbList.
Google’s official Article structured data documentation explains how markup can help Search understand article titles, images, dates and authors.
Core Web Vitals and images
Largest Contentful Paint is often dominated by the hero image, fonts or initial rendering. Size the hero correctly, declare image dimensions, use preload or fetch priority only where justified, and lazy-load below-the-fold media. Reduce layout shift by reserving space for images and avoiding late layout injection.
Treat internal linking like product architecture
An article about AI agents should link to AI services and relevant work. A technical SEO article should connect to SEO capabilities and engineering case studies. This helps users move through the site and clarifies topical relationships between pages.
Sitemaps, robots and indexing
Your sitemap should contain canonical, indexable URLs only. Private admin pages, private quote flows and APIs do not belong there. After publishing, submit the sitemap in Google Search Console and inspect important URLs individually.
